As everyone should already know I am from the Philadelphia area, and like any other Philly native I am a die hard for Philly sports! The Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and yes even the Sixers. It looks like we have been making blockbuster trades for all of our teams. Flyers acquiring Jagr, Schenn, Vorachek, and an awesome goalie. The Phillies grabbing Hunter Pence from the Houston Astros right before the trade deadline. But what this blog is about are the Philadelphia Eagles.
This offseason has been one of the most fast paced and exciting offseasons we may ever see in football. Teams trading daily, players being signed left and right, but nobody has made more noise than, you guessed it, the Philadelphia Eagles. Grabbing Vince Young, Nnamdi Asomugha, Jason Babin, Ronnie Brown, and many more.
Im excited for this season I know we have the NFC East on lock and I really don’t see any other teams competing with us. The only thing I would have hopped we did was grab a possession receiver (Plax) but other than that we did a great job.
Now I know everyone has a lot to say about us not having chemistry but my answer to them is that this is Philly and these players are going to become a family before the season starts and play their hearts out because that’s what we do. Philly is know for putting their WorCk in and with Andy Reid in charge I am sure these guys will do just fine.
Look out for a new Eagles song from me once we hit the bowl!!!!!!!
